Orders and Delivery

What are the delivery times and costs ? 

  • Standard UK delivery : 3 to 5 working days

Delivery charges:

  • Your first standard delivery is free. 
  • Subsequent deliveries cost £3.99.

Delivery times may vary during busy periods (sales, holidays, etc.).

How can I track my order ?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can also check your order status in your online account if you created one.

I missed my delivery. What should I do ? 

The courier will usually leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a nearby collection point.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation or tracking number.

Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at everywear.contact.store@gmail.com with your order number.

Why hasn’t my order been shipped ? 

Possible reasons include:

  • Delivery address outside our shipping zones.
  • Payment declined or not validated.

Item(s) out of stock or discontinued.

Can I change my delivery address ? 

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been processed by our warehouse yet. Contact us as quickly as possible by  email.

Can I cancel my order ?

Yes, if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once shipped, you may return it after receiving it.

I haven’t received my order.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the indicated timeframe, first check your tracking link. If nothing has arrived after 7 working days, please contact us with your order number.

I received the wrong items.

We’re very sorry about that. Please contact us with your order number and details of the incorrect items. We’ll arrange to send the correct products and provide instructions for returning the incorrect ones free of charge.

Do I need to create an account to order ?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, process returns and use faster checkout.

How do I create an account ?

  • Click on ‘My Account’ on our website.
  • Follow the steps under ‘New User’.

You can also subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on offers and promotions.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

  • Go to ‘My Account’ and click ‘Forgotten Password’.
  • Enter your email address and request a reset link.

Can I change my email address ? 

For security reasons, email addresses cannot be changed. Please create a new account with your preferred email address.

How do I unsubscribe from emails or delete my account ?

  • To stop receiving marketing emails: click ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any of our newsletters.
  • To permanently delete your account: contact our customer service team.

How can I get a copy of my invoice ?

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy ?

In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Are returns free ? 

Returns are free if the item is faulty or we made an error. Otherwise, return postage is at your own cost.

How do I return an item ?

When will I receive my refund ? 

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days after we receive and validate your return. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Is payment secure ? 

Yes. All transactions are SSL encrypted and processed via secure platforms. We never store your payment details.

How do I use a promo code ?

  • At checkout, enter your code in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ box.
  • Click ‘Apply’ before completing your order.

Note: Promo codes cannot be applied after your order has been placed.

VAT, Invoices & Custom

Do prices include VAT ? 

Yes, all prices include UK VAT (20%) where applicable. For international orders, local taxes may be calculated at checkout.

Will I receive an invoice ? 

Yes, invoices are automatically emailed after every order. For a detailed VAT invoice, please contact us.

Will I have to pay customs fees ?

  • UK orders: No customs fees.
  • International orders: Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Due to Brexit, orders shipped from the EU to the UK may now be subject to customs charges on arrival. 

Legal Right of Withdrawal (UK Customers)

What are my legal cancellation rights ? 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it. You must notify us in writing (by email) and return the items within 14 days of cancellation. We will refund the full order amount, including standard delivery charges. Return postage is your responsibility.
